What counts as an active employee?

Any employee who has been assigned a shift, clocked in, or had a leave request in the billing period.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated automatically.

Is GST included?

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at checkout for Australian businesses.

Do you support payroll exports?

Yes. On the Professional and Business plans, you can export hours, labor cost and timesheet data as CSV from the Reports section. Direct integrations with Xero, MYOB and KeyPay are on our roadmap.

Can employees clock in from any location?

You decide. Professional plans add GPS geofencing so staff can only clock in within a configurable radius of each location. Business plans add IP allowlisting to restrict clock-in to your office or store networks. An auto clock-out cron also closes any forgotten shifts at the end of the day.

How does auto-scheduling work?

Auto-schedule builds a draft week from your shift templates, employee availability, role tags and approved time-off, while respecting weekly hour caps. You stay in control — review, tweak with drag-and-drop, then publish in one click.
